I am originally from Washington DC, but was primarily raised in PG County, MD. My passion for great food was influenced by my family and watching the food network at a VERY young age. I had no clue that I was learning how to cook my entire life. From sitting in the kitchen with my father, who is a professional chef, to my aunts and uncles whom have natural gifts for cooking. I’ve been learning the art of cooking, balancing flavors, and technique for over 25 years.
I started my food brand in 2018 serving vegan edibles, and a client of mine suggested I start making desserts without the THC. One thing led to another and now I'm cooking restaurant quality meals in your home. I guess you will say, the PANDEMIC brought the best out of me because my love and gift for cooking made room for me. Since founding the brand 1 BITE in 2018, I have cooked for hundreds of people for birthdays, vacations, brunches, weddings, video shoots, hosted pop ups in DC, and created private dining experiences in many homes. I also have experience cooking for high profile clients ranging from athletes to music artists, and government officials.
My Spring/ Summer Pop Ups are a big hit in the DMV area. I also maintain a strong social media presence and 5 stars ratings across all platforms.
